i dont have proof for it but it has happened a couple times, but i get stuck in the minion wave in some situations when a minion moves towards a wall and i try to move through them i get stuck and am unable to move until i die, this has happened to me in a few situations in ranked games and its frustrating.. :/

So that would be why it's been happening and they are fixing it.
