Flex Q is simply terrible and, un enjoyable if enemy team has 200 more mmr than my or mine has the same advantage it makes an unfair game mode where noone enjoy the game theres no challenge beating a player 2 divison lower than your rank. it either should be fixed or removed to normal blind pick. Losing lp and games because u cannot win is really unfair and unacceptable. IT should be fixed to only have 1 divison gap instead of unlimited one.

The MMR/RANKS really mean nothing. Its all about the skill you have as a player.
