So i just got banned for 14 days for getting mad at a afk i admit i got a little out of hand. But 14 days is a long time for getting out of hand one time for someone that stayed through the whole game and tried to do there best. And what happened to a chat restriction and then a ban Riot has been laying down the hammer and hard.
2 Weeks is pretty lenient in my opinion.

Bro never get mad, just report the afk guy and try to have some fun. I know there is only little hope to win 4v5 but it isn't that bad. Shit happens.
You must be either really bad often, or this time you went to unneccesary extremes.
I rage on occasion, im super competitive and sometimes a bad streak takes me there. But I always have gotten 20ish game chat restrictions. and its happened a number of times. But when I do get to that level of frustration I dont go around telling people to kill themselves or fuck their mothers or anything. Hence why I think you went too far or do it bad alot.
