Are you playing flex? When I was getting my flex queue to plat, I noticed lots of silvers and diamonds in the same game. I didn't notice this as much in solo queue. In solo queue, I might still get games where 1 team was full of golds and the other team is full of plats though.

You're just playing with trash boosted Plat players who have low MMR
