There are a lot of people, myself included, who don't really like ranked. Everybody has there own reasons on why they don't like it, such as inting or bad sportsmanship or whatnot. This got me thinking- why don't we expand on the Practice Mode (which isn't used at all) into a ranked -liked experience? It would be awesome to play against a team of Silver or Gold ranked players to hone my skills. Or if you're really good, go against a team of Challenger ranked players. The enemy bots could be modeled around the average ranked player with each champion, such as a Bronze ranked Ashe player. For higher ranked bots, they could be modeled around one-tricks and current/past professional players. Wouldn't be awesome to see if you could CS against Sneaky or Perkz and see how well you do? This could be an awesome mode for all players, new and old, noobs and pros, to practice their skills liked Ranked without the Ranked stuff no one likes.

The problem is bots are not humans. Bots cannot jungle, the amount of AI capabilities would far bypass anything the best tech developers have now. This would be an insanely powerful AI. Why? This AI could determine the best lane to gank, when to farm, track the enemy with out vision, path correctly, determine ganking around objectives, when to do baron/dragon vs pushing ganking or farming or going back to base. Etc.

AI are simply not capable of such a complex role. Maybe in 100 years, but not today, if one did exist they would definitely not be using it on the practice tool. Even Google Deep mind is not that advanced.

Wave manipulation, aside from the colossal hurdle of Jungle, controlling a wave is extremely valuable, atm the bots just decide between attacking you and the wave. Adding things like, when to freeze, when to push, should I get that Cannon? are all extremely niche scenarios that require a ton of factors.

What you are doing. While Bots could technically predict what tier fellow bots are doing and follow a script, they cannot script you. If the bot knows what to do when you pick ANY jungle root, and you end up in a lane, it has no idea what to do next.

In short League is far to complex to have bots that can accurately simulate humans.
