New Ranked system

I think that instead of getting lp points based on just wether you win or lose, it should also be on your kda. every game i have played since the new season, i'm losing more than i win because of idiots who dont know what they're doing and i get can't do anything about it because they dont listen/ feed the enemy too much. i'm currently in bronze 5 because of this issue and i blame the fact that the ranked system judges a player based on wether or not they won their game. i honestly cant deal with that type of thinking because people deserve at least some way to avoid trolls. that brings up another point in my case. if you make it so that lp points are distributed based on kda, trolls will be left in the bronze while all the victims will get into silver and above instead of having a ruined experience since ranked is so competitive. i hope that the people at riot consider this and change the system

Kills don't win games. So I have died 10 times with like no kills but had taken 7 turrets 4 inhib .object win games

FlameFire, you will not get many positive responses to your post. Your post clearly shows that you lack game knowledge and have much to learn. KDA, can often mean very little, this is not CoD. Sometimes KDA can reflect what really happened, but more often than not, especially gold and below, KDA does not show much of the real story.

KDA does mean something. While OP's suggestion isn't exactly a good one, blindly saying KDA means nothing isn't very logical.

KDA means nothing since you can have the worst KDA in the game and still be the most impactful player in the game. If you force the enemy to use everything on you and your team wins the fight because of it then it doesn't matter if you died and got no assist, you played a major part in winning the fight. You can splitpush like crazy and force someone from the enemy team to deal with you, the more the better and if that causes your team to take objectives elsewhere and maybe a few kills guess what? even if you die you are giving your team an advantage. You can have a horrible score of 0/10/0 and still be the reason you won the game. KDA means nothing

So taking towers means nothing since you can take 0 towers and still be the most impactful player in the game? Get outta here with your business major logic broski.
