I feel like jinx with runaans is overpowered her q makes her auto attacks aoe in exchange for slower attack speed, ok that I can understand but having runaans makes 2 more rockets appear making even more aoe that can crit for atleast 500 damage late game hitting the whole team. I feel like if jinx is allowed to have runaans why not make other adcs allowed to do that like dravens q going 3 times having more room to catch his axes, it only seems fair since jinx can do it.
She deserves a good mid game power spike for her abysmal early game. She is more or less beat by every other ADC in lane for the most part.
Agreed with Javelin; Jinxs early game pretty much gets beat by every other AD maybe besides vayne since her early game is a tad bit worse. The reason why jinx can do it is because it isn't unique in a sense to like draven axes or vayne silver bolts since her bolts do true damage and that would have 0 build response unlike jinx who can be countered by just building armor. Jinxs rockets are annoying especially with runaans but the entire point of the enemy team is to not get to the late game because if jinx gets full build, you're going to lose. Even if you have a sej with 300 armor and 3 thornmails, with her attk speed plus life steal plus arm pen shes going to melt her. The only way to win against jinx is to win the early game and snowball it in the mid before she gets too many items.
