BE - What else can you use it for other than champions?

I'm actually curious, I own all champions and have roughly 15k BE that I can't buy anything with? I know you can upgrade champions to lvl 6 and 7 but what else?

Yearly BE shop to buy skins and stuff. I personally think it should be year round though, but meph.
