Is it me or did the last whisper nerf adcs late game once people get some armor. I mean adc can destroy another squishy but tanks with this armor take no damage late now what do u build to kill these tanks now it seems like vayne is mandatory.
RAT IN GAME UwU 2 votesit was nerfed incredibly hard, if you buy either of the last whisper items you're just wasting a slot, i can confidently say BC is a better buy. late game you'll have to hit a mundo like 50 times to kill them, all you can hope is that they built low to no MR and your mage blows them up with you

What was riot thinking on this . I see dead mans plate almost every game now. Thank goodness I havent seen rammus much he has to be op now do to these changes alone.

for whatever reason the administration that understood healing and tanks are anti fun have no power anymore and those who are extremely biased to tanks and healers and PVE type games are now in control of the balance team.

I think the real problem is that your tank shreding items arn't standard like the use to be. You want HP shred, you get BotRK + Giant Slayer. Yet people complain that, it's the weaker LS item choice, thus why people don't buy it all the time.
