Idea to nerf top Soraka, but keep Support Soraka viable.

I heard about the nerfs, and I was hoping to go in a route that wouldn't hurt support Soraka in itself. I don't see her as particularly 'great' in the support role right now in the aggressive ignite meta. I was hoping to give an idea of maybe changing the recovery per level from Starcall (Q) to level up with her Astral Infusion (W). This way, if she's in a lane by herself she has to choose between more damage from Q by leveling it, or more healing from Q by leveling W. This will make her feel more support heavy, but should hinder her advantage in top lane since W is essentially useless without a partner to heal (hopefully.)

TLDR: Make rejuvenation per level from Q increase per each level of W, and each rank up of Q will increase its damage, but NOT the healing she receives from it.

Anyway, just didn't want to see her get gutted in the support role and thought I had a decent idea! Good luck on your balancing!

Soraka top isnt that good as people think :X its annoying to play againts, but she falls off pretty quickly

The problem is that she has a fairly high win rate at the moment that is only getting higher, and they want to nerf her. If they already intend to nerf her I want to make sure there are changes to where they don't gut her as a support where she's already doing meh.
