can irelia's q be given a mana cost?
Why does irelia get to last hit with this ability for reduced cost? The cost is a joke and it already gets a CD reset.

I disagree with the damage buff they gave it awhile back but if you've ever played her you'd know that even with the refund she's still very dependent on mana. if you know you can always last hit with it you'd still need the corrupting potion to do anything early game.
