hey guys i have a huge problem, I was playing league when suddenly my ping started to go high around 200-400 then low to 50-78. my brother plays league with me and since we are duo I have this lag but he doesnt why is that?

There's a big difference between laptops and desktops.
I play on a laptop too. It'll fluctuate sometimes, but you'll get used to it.
Then when no lag comes, suddenly all the skillshots become dodgeable..
What level is your graphics on? try tuning them down a bit. might help?
Even if you're on a laptop, if it's an option, you should still use a wired connection to your router. If you're using the wireless, the network itself might be shaky. Especially if your brother is playing on a wired connection and is having no issues, it would really point to your wireless network or connection.
