2 months without LoL

I'll just say it plain and simple, i'm in a Low Priority Queue where i have to wait 10 minutes before actually looking for a match, everytime the counter goes down to 2-3 minutes i get a small "Attempting to Reconnect" messsage in the middle of the screen for a second or two, after that it goes away but i'm also pulled off the Queue, which means that i have to start over again only to get that same message a couple of minutes later. This is preventing me from joining a single match and it's been going on for almost 2 months, and with all the recent changes to the blue essence and IP, the runes and the new champion, it only makes me feel worse. At this point i already tried the Full Client Repair, the Hextech Repair Tool, completely reinstalling the client and checked my internet connection, but nothing seems to fix it. Please, i really need some help, i want to go back to LoL to try out all the new features and play with my friends :(
