Make the "First win of the day" bonus a true Daily.

Look. Now, when you get a the bonus, it's 22 hours cooldown.

Why not make it a daily that let's say resets at 3:00 AM(depending on server time-zone).

Why? For me this is much better, because for me at some point the cooldown stops in the middle of the night. And then after a week it's back in the morning.
