I constantly try to play in ranked, and frequent teemo as of recent because I enjoy playing him. Previously played Jhin and Kindred, I cannot seem to get a break when I get into a game it's always a loss. Maybe Im just doing things wrong but I cant seem to figure out what.
I am bronze not expecting to be a pro just, seems like I have a bad grip on the game.

Edit: Ok so here's what i got for you. Your cs needs work ( all but 6 of your games are sub average ). You need to work on warding a lot ( me too don't feel bad ). You die a lot so try and control yourself and think before going into a tunnel vision chase. General tip: check the map every 5 seconds at least. It will seem like a chore and feel distracting at first but after a while you'll train your eyes to pick up map info faster. You switched a lot of champs. Find 3 champs for 2 most played positions that you feel comfortable with and master them. Try and pick them every game if you can and if they sinergize with the comp.
0-6 provisionals so far, I feel like crawling into a hole and dying.. errrrrrgh.
I have played for 6 years this is rediclous, I have plenty of normal game wins I enjoy playing the game.. but when you quantify it like this it feels awful and I don't want to play anymore :'(

The correct build can improve your chances of victory by being stat efficient.
I think you need to clean up your runes. You are still using tier 2 runes and not all your tier 3 are efficient. Red pen are way more efficient than AP.
masteries i think you should jump out of the resolve tree to ferocity. You may want to look into death fire instead of thunder lords. thunderloards can only be proc once x amount of time. This is inefficient for dot mages.
gameplay Your early game is pretty good. You are not dying and taking the tower. You need to know how to ward and place mushrooms for optimal split pushing. Teemo is not a good team fighter so you need to learn how to be that person that draws 2 players to deal with you and you kill both of them off.
you are not buying pinks. You need to buy pinks. It will help you split push when you are ahead. It will help you to know when to base or run away when getting closed in on. Your ward count is low considering you never changed trinkets you need to ward smartly and not rely on just your mushrooms to keep you safe.
I could make some blind assumptions from this point on but not would not be really helpful. work on being optimal it does become secound nature over time.
