Go Support and Ancient coin works too, but I don't recommend it as much. Start E and use it to poke/zone the enemy ADC so yours can farm, go back around 800g but try to focus on matching recalls with your ADC. ideal first back

From there; (2) Once you get your support items finished, Rush

For your runes, you want Ingenious Hunter so you can spam more wards and either Grasp of the Undying to be as tanky as possible or Guardian to keep your ADC alive. Demolish of course, because towers are not allowed to exist in front of you, ever. Don't die, for any reason, even if it means losing the game. You are not playing to climb, you're playing to get Mastery 7.

Okay now what youre going to want to do is drop Zzrot portal in whatever lane your team isnt, as close to the tower as possible without it being directly visible. And when Zzrot comes off cooldown, if you cant find a good spot to place it before it expires, just drop it immediately. As I mentioned, NEVER DIE.
