Jhin/All New Champs

Riot. Here is a thought instead of releasing new champs and say have at it. Put the new champ in normals only for a month so we can feel them out a little first. Also you guys can learn whats wrong with the new champ. Yes i understand pbe is a thing for this reason but still i don't think that's enough. Jhin needs to be figured out before throwing him into ranked and making people salty and toxic because no one know how to play with or against this guy and we all know ranked is salty and toxic anyway. Just look at all new champs winrates and ban rates after being released and decide if my idea is worth a thought. Thanks
