Person rage quits after FB reported by my entire team in my champ select next match

Why is garbage like this still allowed to happen? I reported him and blocked him, make the block useful so that you can't immediately que with the same game ruining trolls for at least 10 min. It was not connection problems with this leaver (teammate asked the teemo what he was doing since he was just in passive the entire time doing nothing other team knew where he was killed him for fb, immediately afk after that) even if they were, why can an afk with supposed connection issues be able to que right up again and possibly ruin another game. Please 2015 with a gigantic player base there are so many mechanics that can be implemented to stop this garbage.

Because who's to say that someone simply doesn't block everyone they lose against, so that they never have to potential play against them again? Or maybe someone will block someone who isn't as good to keep from potentially playing on their team again.

That's why I said 10 mins then it just goes back to being the normal block. At least in normals and all other modes other then ranked if 10 mins would ruin rankings that hard.

cant be implemented in ranked, which is probably why it will never be implemented anywhere. Stopping a person from being queued with you ever skews rankings and matchmaking.

Other than that, no matter what they do, there is no immediate detection system, and even if there was it wouldn't be 100% accurate.
