Gameplay Suggestion

Enable players to join games that other player/s in the team have disconnected from (quitting, pulling, other) after the amount of time when LoL establishes a leave report, using the hero and items that was left by the previous player so that the game can continue as is. The idea would be primarily to let friends of players already in the game be able to join and fill the random spot that is AFK/Disconnected and effects players game attitude.

It wont be unfair because the new player that fills the spot at a later stage during the game, and it will also be fair to the players in the team hence the hero might have cc needed to turn the tides once again. It could be a very interesting game from that point forward.

Will reduce a lot of rage and make the game more pleasant to play.

so the enemies suddenly have a random smurf on their team instead of a ragequitter that turns the game?

no thanks. even if it's only normal i think enough smurfs would use this function as a kind of challenge.

What you are saying is actually irrelevant towards the suggestion, it could be or could not be a smurf account that (PRIMARILY, IF NOT ONLY) are friends with any of the player of the team that lost the player, It could even be put at a vote by the entire team like surrendering. For the joining player it would be as easy as spectating the game, only to use the selected hero, selected masteries, selected summoner spells and game entered rank in order to continue the game as normal. This is an optional feature that would not need to be used as a must, and even no one has to join the game if they don't want to and in case of voting the vote fails. The only benefit for the player joining in that case would be IP and hero experience if he has the Hero.

If we look at it from a ranked players perspective it could also be countered as far as players cannot join the selected game if their rank is not eligible for the game. Which 50% of the time the friends you play games with are give or take the same rank as you, else you would not play with them because who likes to carry someone in ranked. (comment W.O.P).

Secondly you are coming from a perspective from the team that did not lose the player so of course you will mind if someone fills the ragequiter's spot and could cause the game to change, but you also have to keep in mind that the game could also not change hence to the player joining a few minutes later and a few coins have been secured by then.

i'm talking about this case:

it's a bronze elo match, team Blue is behind at 10 Min and Mid Fizz is 0/3/0 and did ragequit.

suddenly some random guy/friend of the quitter, who's main account is diamond, uses his smurf account and joins the game taking Fizz position. because of the skill difference, he can easily catch up and turn the game around.

It is true if this was not the case ->

Still think its a great idea, but the only thing (even pointed out by you by arguing the game suggestion) is that it will need some kind of rule set in order to work.
