what is gonna happen to Kalista ?

Dear Riot , I have been playing this game for 2 years and on of my bests all time champion is Kalista and I really like that champion and her kiting mechanics as she has so many skills jumping and dodging skill shots and she requires a good coordination between herself and the support , so I have been searching for the reason why she is not popular anymore as she has a pick rate of 0.93% and a win rate of 42.16% win rate and she is the number 16th between all the ad carry champs and all the famous and masters of Kalista players just stopped playing her from a long time ago , and the botrk plus the change to the ruaans where you nerfed the AS and buffed the crit gave her a huge strike not only that she also received a nerf to her w passive and after that I never saw a Kalista before but only 2 times, so I would like to know what are you gonna do to her are you gonna rework her buff her or even buff her items that she builds so please I hope to get a feedback about what is happening to her because i really like her and thank you for all you hard work riot and sorry for my English. Im always afraid on kali buffs. Her kit is inheretly toxic and buffing her even a little can make her opressive due to her mobility. Its a kit problem and she needs a rework

Her kit just lets Good ADCs play positionally. She has no upfront burst though and crit builds are terrible 180/225 AA ratio and buggy slow animation, No Thank You.

Fix bug, then give her two spear stacks on crit, just continues her theme and makes her at least semi viable late game. Kalista's 90% AutoAttack ratio hinders her lack of critical strike damage late game. Buff / Rework?

Kalista needs a rework before being allowed to be strong again.

It is cool that you played her, but you made everyone else miserable when you did.

See, what's tricky is that Kallista's niche, her identity, her passive was the very reason she was nerfed. It was too good for any kind of damage dealer to actually have when you are effectively forced to either counter pick her or ban her all together because skill shots are rendered ineffective vs a skilled Kallista.

The core reason why Kalista was nerfed was because she does too many things at once, and right now she's stuck with a crisis of identity: on one hand, there's Kalista the duo marksman, who has the best ally synergy out of any marksman and a ton of utility to complement that power. On the other, there's Kalista the duelist, whose kiting power is the best out of any marksman, thereby making her one of the most independent among her class. Since both identities contradict each other (duo Kalista's meant to be weak when alone, solo Kalista shouldn't also have top-tier team synergy), she was saddled with nerfs, first to her utility to preserve her solo playstyle, then to her damage in order to favor her duo playstyle. The end result is that she's not great at either, and consequently isn't worth picking over any marksman who specializes over one or the other. Ultimately, she will need either large balance changes or reworks to parts of her kit, and will lose some of her current strengths in order to be better at what remains. Personally, I'm in favor of her duo playstyle, since it's much more thematically fitting for her and generally more interesting, and while her passive sort of goes against that, I think it should be tweaked in such a way that it works specifically for a duo playstyle.

Nothing in the near future by the looks of it. Riot has a habit of rotating power, and champs like Azir, Kali, and Corki are most certainly not in rotation.
