is anyone else having issues with getting keys fragment cause i havent got a single one almost month now

Connoriam1 votesBecause, Riot is telling us indirectly that playing a small amount of champions, and not with friends is the wrong way to play. It's been mentioned several times by tons of people. all players should have access to the same things that aren't RP Transactions.
