I have had intentional feeders in my past couple RANKED games

And when I look at their stats they have been intentionally feeding for 6+ days worth of games. Why are these guys still allowed to play? Even better, why am I being paired with them? I don't quit games, I don't feed, I don't troll, I don't rage. I have 1 leave on record and that was when the ADC died twice then waited in fountain and talked trash to the rest of the team for the following 10 minutes.
