OP Champion
Riot. Don't you think veigar is too much OP? 
In my opinion he is the cancer of the game! Yes, i know i can ban him, but come on!
His E let all the players, without escape and for ahri, yasuo and azir (etc.) it is so bad cause they need mobility to win lane.
His Passive is too much OP too, it is (what every player call) Ability Spam, cause he use a ability and then he regenerate all of mana lost.
You are nerfing all AP Champions least veigar. Pls Riot in the next update. Make something about it!
