massive packet lose since 7.12 update

my game was just fine yesterday, but today after the update i started getting massive packet lose and attempting to reconnect issue with the ping 120+ at all times. my ping used to be 75-85 before this patch. in other games my ping is 60 - 90 it doesn't even go past 100 so i am pretty sure it is not my fault.

Probably messed up when downloading. I would repatch. As for ping that is unrelated to anything and probably just internet acting up. Check isp.
