Should I get Zed Lisandra or Azir?

Azir Pros - Has lots of zoning, is a late game monster, can attack from a long range and still be effective, his ult can change the whole game (I once used it when the enemy was taking drag, stole drag, got a penta), mechanically satisfying.

Azir Cons - Needs a lot to get him really going ( some tankiness to not just get dived and some AS/AP to really get that burst in), he's entirely reliant on his soldiers so if you miss that Q you're boned, and his mana costs are pretty bad since you have to use two spells for one effective trade.

I love Azir the most out of the three, but he definitely requires a lot of work. His unique playstyle was a hard transition from what I was used to, but in the end, I feel it payed off immensely to learn him.

Lissandra Pros - Her passive gives her a free ability every few seconds so she has great sustain if you use it, she has so much utility in her kit, great poke, E can be used to engage or disengage, can set up great ganks

Lissandra Cons - high cooldowns, moderate damage as you have to build more tanky since you're going to be in the fray more, requires follow-up and coordination from the team to make the most of her kit.

You pick someone like Syndra to carry, you pick someone like Lissandra to work together. I decided to put her down a little while ago because her solo burst felt weak in comparison to other options, and her kit felt slow. If you can get everyone on the same page, though, she can win provide so much to the team.

Zed pros - I mean, I've only played him twice, so i don't know much. Very mobile and snowbally. He's also worth it with these upcoming preseason changes, since a lot of the items are going to work stupidly with him. A lot of outplay potential too. Oh, and he has no mana.

Zed cons - You have to know how to play an assassin to use him. You have to know the right times to go in, who your target is (usually the ADC), where the enemy is, etc. I've only played a few games with him and he didn't seem that hard, mechanically, but there's definitely a lot of macro I needed to know.

Personally, I opted not to play Zed. Diana's my go-to assassin because I feel I can always learn more from her, if that makes sense. Zed is very powerful though, so if you're looking to solo carry your way to victory, he's definitely a good choice.
