Refunds Plea

Ok, I'm sure this had been said before but I'm going to say it again. We get 3 refunds forever, I hope I'm not the only one that didn't know what the heck I was doing and used all of them before I was level 10. Little did I know I'd need/want then so badly now. I keep thinking maybe Riot may one day give us one more. But I'm pretty sure that won't happe :(. Maybe some ok solutions maybe getting one more when we reach level 30? Or maybe one more per year? I would just like another chance to use my refunds. I regret refunding Annie 100%.

They wont do that because if they did you could just wait till end of year refund all your really expensive skins and buy all the new stuff

Not many people want to wait till the end of the year. And I don't know about everyone else but I'd like to keep my expensive skins like DJ Sona. So I wouldn't refund those expensive ones. And one per YEAR. Still isn't much at all.
