Hi i realy dont understand why not possible to transfer Skins and Shards that we have on other accounts. like if i have a Skin on a other account that i want on my main account there is no possible way i can get it transfered. i would realy appreciate if you guys could make that possible.

The Sword Saint1 votesIt was a design decision made long ago to create as little incentive for people to hack accounts as possible. One of the things that came from that decision was 'if it's possible to transfer skins/champs/ip/rp between accounts, hackers will target accounts and transfer all the stuff out'.
So you can't, and you can't transfer any of the newer content like icons, ward skins, or loot either for the same reason.
Mysticman891 votesUnlikely to happen kinda for the reason you gave. Shards/skins from hextech loot are intended to be somewhat limited (i.e. up to 4 a month) considering they're paid content for free, but if people could give from alt accounts to their main people could very well make dozens of accounts and get tons of loot for free.
Not to mention multiple accounts means people would have easier keys (early key fragments in a month period are much more common than the last handful), and it'd somewhat bypass the one chest per champ per season limit.
Who is Taliyah1 votesThere are many reasons why it doesn't work. Imagine you're about to get perma banned, of course you would want to save your skins and all before it happens lol. You can get 4 keys and 4 chests for free each month. Transfering skins and such would just end up in many people grinding new accounts for the free stuff and transfer them all to the main account. I think you see now why riot will never implement that.
Besides these two reasons, making it able to transfer skins to other accounts, would make it possible to gamble these things like cs:go skins and thus more illegal websites would open and more kids would get scammed. I fully support riot with the decision not to transfer skins.
