elise cinderhulk still viable?
hey, im looking to main elise and i was wondering if cinderhulk and building hp and magic pen was still good anymore. i saw a commentary on season 5, and i was wondering if it works anymore. Thank you!

im sure it is... if you get other magic pen items with it like 
the works well with her and the hp will stack with the passive of cinderhulk. and the magic pen from it helps the aoe damgae of cinderhulk's bami cinder
so would 
still be good on her? it gives health and slow but no magic pen
