I have a great idea and it involves Top lane and** Garen**, Hows about we nerf Garen to make it so it's easier to play against him cos it doesn't matter who i play against Garen I always lose and then** Garen** Gets pig headed. If we can't get this done can we just put an invisible wall around top so Garen can't receive Ganks because I always get camped when I play against Garen and if this doesn't work than can we please just remove Garen from league. something needs to be done to make top lane a safer place to be. PLS RITO

I'm not convinced that the problem is Garen.

I would actually venture a guess that the real problem is that you're a jungle main (and not a spectacular one at that) who is even less skilled at playing top.

I play Garen in ARAM all the time when he gets drawn. He is actually quite good.

My record has nothing to do with this. Garen is nowhere near the level of broken that this thread suggests.

Ill be the first to admit i'm not good lol, ill say it all the time and my friends can say that i do say it. and i have 70 Aram win and probs about 100 losses so before going to op.gg and trying to find an aram game that wont be there coz i play more normals so don't say i dont play aram and don't try and prove a point through that xD

Our point exactly. He is one of the strongest ARAM champs, which shouldn't mean he carries over that same strength to norms. Which he does. Characters should have strengths. Not be straight up strong.

He is played quite differently in both games. ARAM Garen relies more heavily on the fact that carries are a more constant threat. If he were played the same way on SR he would get melted easily.

No actually, a large majority of my comments to people here are generally helpful.

However, your post is absolutely ridiculous to claim that Garen is somehow unbeatable.

You even contradict yourself by saying that you get camped, which would suggest two things.

It is not ONLY Garen who is beating you
You are playing at a position that makes you vulnerable to getting camped.

Which is quite sad because you're a jungle main, so you should know how bad of an idea that is.

Love how this has gone lol, yes i have been camped by the jungler a few times but more often than not it's just garen by himself. You need to understand that this is the internet and not everything on the internet needs to be taken so anal, I meant it as a semi joke and i understand that every champ can be killed one way or another, Garen is different i feel the only real way you can win against him is if you're playing someone like Olaf, Fiora or vlad.
