galio nerf plz

i just played a game as zed. I was laning against Galio and it was fine until... never. I mean, i did all i could from the beginning of the game, to the end of the game, dodging here and there, but still, nothing. either i went against a hacking Galio, or i just dont know how to play against galio, but every time i attempted to kill him, he'd pop a shield and absorb all my dmg while, in the process, healing like nothing was even happening. And believe me, i did have 500 dmg and 35% lifesteal, and i melted their adc, just nothing even happended to Galio. So is it just me, or is Galio OP?
