Old League of Legends

At last time i see LOTS of posts that people have nostalgia on old League of Legends i got the idea that if u do something to like do a mode with the old map a version of the old launcher or make it possible to happen just to return something old and some of the nostalgia things of League of Legends. Doing this will return thousands of people back to League of Legends Rate that idea :)

If RIot sold a pass that allowed you to play old game modes, then people would buy it.

And I'd certainly pay for a subscription to a legacy server.

Idk why they don't, they would probably make a shit ton of money off of it. They certainly have the resources to make it aswell.

Blizzard said classic WoW wouldn't be possible, either, and they're doing it. After Classic WoW sees massive success I think the Chinese overlords will force Riot's hand because of potential profit.

They can do neither, old game versions aren't stored forever (maybe a few models as souvenirs, but that's it) and the old launcher was kept this long, because it could work on older Windows Versions. Also, Code changes, so it wouldn't really be worth the effort to make such a mode and would bug out most likely.

I liked old League, but I don't need it back (only Masteries).

I doubt that a multi-billion dollar company running the worlds biggest game doesn't have records or logs of everything they do, whether they want to admit it or not.

You do know Code evolves? They weave it every patch and unweaving it just for something that isn't going to make as much profit as current League, or TFT, just isn't worth the effort.

They probably have a repository for older versions. Any decent tech company would.
