@Riot: I cannot afford it

Dimetri White··1 votes·278 views

Riot the tier 3 runes are crazy priced. I cannot afford to try to buy the good-good to make the champions I play better, and try to get new champions. Just spent 2.5k+ on some Scaling CDR glyphs... But I wanted to buy Hecarim (Jungle main, and he looks super fun). Can something be done? Thanks =)

Edit: Not to mention that I'm still trying to get more rune pages because I still have to swap out some of my sets for other champions

Make it too cheap, the lack of IP sinks problem is only exasperated. Have it too expensive and players new to level 30 are at a decided disadvantage.

It's a difficult thing to balance.
