Practice tool

Am i the only one that thinks its stupid that they make a practice tool but only "practice" the champs you own. And not only that, you can only have 1 bot (i think). Why name it practice tool if you cant practice the champs you dont have? I wanna see if i like the champs before i waste the BE that i rarely get (because the BE system is complete horrid) on champs i dont even know if i like. lol
