Better Quality of Life Changes for Joining Games

I personally have had a lot of connection problems due to my anti-virus and just overall client issues which result in unintentionally dodging and leaving games and I understand there's no way to really change the punishment system set in place nor to "refund" players' their lost LP or promos due to this issue. Although this may be the case a possible change that I think Riot could manage to implement into their game is a system where the game could load in players one at a time and won't start the game until everyone has entered the and has a somewhat decent connection this way the game won't just start while you have one teammate who's still connecting or lost connection and then having that teammate fall drastically behind due to the game starting before they are fully connected, essentially something similar to games like Battlerite or other matchmaking games that hold off the start of the game till all players are present. As for people who intentionally leave the game or don't plan to reconnect, you could always have a time limit similar to the allotted time given to remakes for example you could set it to lets say 3 or 5 minutes of waiting for all players to connect and if the player connection requirement isn't met during that time frame an automatic remake could be implemented thus saving players a lot of their time that could have been otherwise wasted. I understand that this issue may never be truly resolved but if anything if a small quality of life change like this one could be implemented I think that it would improve the lives of players suffering from connection loss & players suffering from dodgers and afk people. Now if these ideas I've stated are ever considered by Riot I know they might be plausible to have changes made if ever implemented, but even then that's still a huge benefit to the quality of life for players and the game as a whole.

Sorry if it's harsh but if you have connection issues you should fix those before you queue up.

that's not the point im trying to get across, and I've finally fixed my connection issues the point im trying to get across is that we should do something about the amount of disconnects and afks

If your suggestion is that the game doesn't start and the person who didn't connect in time still takes all of the same leaver penalties, I could get behind with that. However, if you're suggesting that this is happens in place of the penalties, then no, that's a bad idea.

Oh yeah definitely, still get the penalties and all that but implementing this could reduce the amount of penalties given overall that could be other wise prevented and also save people a lot of time instead of waiting for the allotted time to remake like normal.
