Cho'Gath needs to be looked into

Baisicly he is a Tanky AP true damage burst champ with an AOE knock up and silence. His recent changes to Feast are quite annoying, with it basically always being up and essentially being a darius ult that can smash 1000 true damage when he goes in for the combo; it really makes it difficult to get anywhere in lane with Cho'Gath. With him being as tanky as he is and having a silence for when you go in he can easily poke you down with his massive range rupture and vaporal spikes whilst he farms. His sustain from his passive just makes things worse..and you can almost never come out even in a trade. Also with the recent changes to tank junglers, You buffing him to make him a vaiable top/midlane may make him terrifying and OP in other roles (max stacks and cinderhulk? D: ) I've only played against him only a few times (5-7) and I may be doing something wrong: But as of right now I can see him getting out of hand and being a problem like he was in the last tank meta. Thank you for your time and I hope that you consider this information in next patch.

This is very clear from your whole post. His knockup is relatively easy to dodge for any top laner. His silence is a pain but not any worse than a Garen silence or a Teemo blind or Irelia stun or Tryndamere slow or.... you get the point. He silences you? Back off until it ends, farm safely and if he shoves the lane then he's open to ganking.

You say his ult can do 1000 true damage well yeah probably if he builds pure AP but doing so makes it a lot easier to burst him down. The only thing his ult does 1000 true damage to normally is minions and monsters. As for his passive I really can't believe you're calling that sustain. It only gives him health if he scores the last hit and it's very small amount that doesn't compare to dedicated lifesteal items.

his ult doesn't even work with cinderhulk

chogath is more reasonable to play against than most of the roster. stop fighting him of you aren't someone who can take him 1v1, because unless you can't dodge Q's, he's completely unable to chase you

To get 1000 damage out of his ult he would need 500 AP which would significantly undercut his tankiness in order to build that.

He really isn't as bad as you say. He does has a surprising punch in an early combo but the key is to avoid his knockup, and know when to gtfo out of lane when you're low health. If you're running top against him you may need to either play safe or recall more, teleport is advisable.

Zhonya's, Abyssal, ROA, randuins, and rabadons is ~450 with runes+masteries, and gives a cho a total of ~4000 health, ~200 armor, and ~130 mr.

How is this even fair? Why would you guys give him the ability to be a tanky midlane burst champ who is VERY viable for team fights? I feel like we're going backwards into the tank meta where both teams need to be beefy as fuck or get crushed because they can't target anyone; and with him being able to true damage 1 shot an adc on your team it is actually broken. Idk how you can say

Cho is balenced when he is broken AF?

Just came in here to comment that I was involved in a Cho'Gatch QQ thread and I am currently laughing my ass off. My god, Cho'Gath is one of the easiest champions in the game to kite.

The ONLY thing that might need looked at is his true damage to monsters starting at 1k

It makes him very good at early dragon control. IDK if you can remove that though otherwise he wouldn't be nearly as good.
