Leaver Buster Needs A Nerf

I was AFK for the first 14 minutes of a normal Summoner's Rift 5v5 PVP Match and I joined back in as a supporter and got two kills and 9 assists and we ended up beating them so hard that they surrendered! And I still got a ban. I believe that Riot needs to change the Leaver Buster system due to some things that might come up. I think that maybe LoL should be like Smite and not ban you for leaving a bots match and not ban you for queue dodging. I know this sounds overkill, but for one a bots game hardly matters if you win or lose and queue dodging is sometimes mandatory when you go into a Ranked match with some jerk who locked in as a Mid Laner even though they are last pick and Mid Lane was picked by first pick. If you are wondering why I went afk for 14 minutes it is not because I stupidly started a game as soon as dinner was made it was because my 3 year old brother had fallen down the stairs and I had to take care of him because my father was very sick and was lying in bed with him when my brother needed to go to the bathroom and fell. That is not really predictable and was 100% a reason to go afk and even though I came back late we still won. I believe that the Leaver Buster should not apply to bots matches, queue dodging, and especially if you go afk, come back and win the game, or if you play the game for 20 minutes go afk and DC and your team wins. Do you agree that this system needs a "nerf"?
