dear riot the way you have it set up when you play your promotional games to get into a rank is rediculas. getting stuck into teams where your fellow teamates are trolling feeders is completely rediculas. then due to the lack of skill on the team you every year get thrown into bronze. where your stuck in elo hell for another year until the cycle repeats. something needs to be changes there are players who love the game like myself. that are fairly good at the game that get put in hell every year because of the way you have it set up. it very much makes me loath the game that i really enjoy and yet nothing is done because you dont care about all the players. if there could just be the chance to play with people that dont troll and dont feed it would be a gift from god and re inspire my enjoyment in the game
