Well i just had the game of my life , it's lookin' normal, everything going well, untill i see the scoreboard and realize that the enemy team has 4 kills bot at 9 mins without jungle help, now this isnt too extraordinary. So as the game goes on, im refusing to make my way bot side (playing towards mid and top for our win condition cause bot is fed and im not going near that fiesta) so then bot loses the tower, i go "hey okay maybe they can rotate and get outta that bad situation" then as Anivia moves around the map, i realize its all her fault, I have never been more trolled by a stupid bird before in my life, constantly just using walls to ruin my life. As the game ends with our bot lane having 2 kills and 23 deaths combined I cannot really say that I learned much from that game, oh and also the Maokai top lane was complaining about me being toxic for KS'ing from the team even tho I was the only one doing damage (Mao did most damage on our team but only because he had balls and ran into every fight every second he could) So at the end of the day, im wondering what I had done to get to this point in my life. While it is a Norm and it doesn.t really matter, i must say that In a way, i did indeed have fun, the types of trolls you meet on league really do just make you love the game even more.

Aniva support can be fun paired up with a Vanye adc, making walls for Vanye to pin people to. But as you've seen, the walls can also be used for great evil.

I usually play Anivia if someone bans my champ or is toxic in champ select. Works the same with trundle or Tahm really. Or nunu "support" who steals first buff and gromp then proceeds to Q cannon minions.

That Anivia player is bad, whether on purpose or not, could be hard to decide for sure on. For one thing, she never upgraded to Corrupting Potion. And her skill learning order wasn't the best, even though she did level up E the least which is good. But, she went Penetration boots which with many team compositions is just greedy as a support. And have you seen her Rune Page? She only has 13 tier 3 runes, and I would argue that either scaling armor or health is better for her than flat yellow armor. If you need flat armor, get them in quints IMO. Don't even get me started on her mastery page. Anivia should only ever take Deathfire Touch or Grasp of the Undying IMO. I guess if you're going Manamune, you can make Warlord's Bloodlust work, but I feel like she gets more value out of Grasp since it actually deals damage when it heals her.
