Your Honor system isn't working

Dear Riot, I was currently honor level 3, 3 mouths before the end of the season. Then i stopped playing legue cuz of personal matters, so i got demoted from plat to gold. I started playing again when there was left 1 more mouth to get to plat again. However the first game that i played in ranked was with Sivir and i got support who didn't want to let the mid laner to have the mid and troll picked. The guy who was supposed to go mid picked lux and refused to go support so we can win. In the 4th minute our jungler surrendered from the game and started trolling as well. The top was 0/4 in the 6 min. Only i was trying to win. I had a bad day so i tried to motivate them to win , but they ended up flaming me . I got enraged of the thing i have 4 trolls in one team that are flaming me (the only one that is trying to win) , on the next game i received chat restriction.... for 1 game... You literally gave me chat restriction for 1 game with 4 trolls in the end of the season so i cant get rewards. One of my beloved champs and mains is Oriana and because of your shit i wont get the victorious skin or the border. I tryharded to get back to honor level 2 at least 15 games in a roll i received 2 honors from non - friends but do u know what happaned ? Nothing - i didnt even reached checkpoint 0. If i dont receive that oriana skin i will get really mad and will probably quit legue cuz im tired of the stupid things u are doing , cuz i get punished for trying but 4 trolls dont get any bann...
