Can anyone explain to me why the nerf on rakan? sorry but that is just stupid.. i personally hate to play against rakan but after this nerf the Champion wont have a good combo at all.. pretty much everyone in groups and fóruns about league of legends are complaning about this nerf, even people that dont play or hate to play against rakan.. 
Kalikain3 votesHave you ever been flashed R and W'd on? You're literally cc'd for 3s straight, combo that with vayne knockback into a wall, or any other adc cc. Thats 5s of sitting still. It was a free kill every 60s
ChaosReyn2 votesWrong. It was a free kill every time flash was up, so a free kill every 4-5 minutes. Which is about usual for cc supports. The biggest issue with Rakan currently is as you say though: his combo potential is pretty scary. But they'd already nerfed over half the movement speed from his W and E, and right now, I think the better option is to look at VAYNE (finally) because VAYNE has been BUSTED for MONTHS!
Hethalean1 votesThere's a lot of other compensation that's going with not being able to use W and E during his R. It might not be a net nerf that and you can still at least W before then R. The E at least makes his R initiation at least a bit risky.

At the expense of making Rakan vulnerable to all forms of crowd control if he doesn’t get people charmed fast enough. There is literally no middle ground if these changes go live. He either has to go all in and pray he gets enough impact before dying or he abandons the all in and waits for his R to be back up.
