I think Sorcerer's Shoes should build out of an amplifying tome. I believe they cost too much after getting the regular boots of speed and it takes a while to get enough gold without getting any combat stats.

, you lose the gold passive from 
, 
loses the bonus AP and armor passive from 
, so the precedent isn't completely unheard of

Malix Farwin1 votesThey would need to create an item that only gives a small amount of magic pen just to do something like that. making the cost 1000 to match its ad counterpart would sound more like a viable suggestion.
