ARAM Dodging

Maybe this is in part due to the way the Random system works for the game type, but it's insanely irritating to get a cool champion that I almost never get to play (partially because I own all damn 120 or so), only to have someone dodge the game at 1 second. I think RIOT should either implement a separate dodge timer, or should re-queue the non-dodgers with the champs they had at the time. I shouldn't have to burn my re-rolls on someone else being salty about their champion when I had a good draw.
