Problems with the new HUD

Riot, please make the hud able to be scaled down more, with the OLD HUD, we were able to make it tiny to maximize the FoV, and now, the scale down doesnt even do anything. Please allow us to be able to scale the hud down the same way it used to. -- On top of that, can you also make the stat icons clear, it looks like a blob of unidentifiable icons.
