platinum 1 team vs NACS team in ranked 5v5 seriously RIOT

just finished a ranked 5v5 and a platinum 1 team got into matchmaking against a in contention for the NACS. Me and my friends playing the last game for our promos for diamond 5 and to our surprise we got matched with a NACS team. i would've understood if maybe there were a mid diamond team but checking lolnexus and op.gg our mmr was more than 1000 below there team, we ended up playing against the likes of CLOUDNYGUEN and a challenger team. your matchmaking needs to be fixed and i know where probably not the only ones that have come accross. i would understand i little bit in normal games but ranked is unacceptable... please everyone help try to bring light into this messy matchmaking system. for reference u can look at the link posted or you can just search the match history of kahwori on op.gg. thanks community i really hope we can fix this type of thing...
