Is the "Dynamic Queue" PBE only?

PBE has a Dynamic queue that lets you Queue for ranked with up to 5 players. Is this a real feature or is it for testing the new champ select in PBE?I don't know If I would like this for real servers. It would be really annoying to be the 1 guy with a queue of 4 or 3 on your team. Duo's can already make or break a team.

Like Maxim said it is real but it won't be getting ranked right off the bat I think....should get a 6.1 patch note that gives more information soon
