Some love for Swain
RIOT can you give some love for Swain? It feels like it isn't that good because of his mobility or farming...I think about some speed when he activates his ult (he is a bird right?).

Hard4Hamsters1 votesSwain is OP. He is just UP. He is like Vlad but less burst damage and more CC. He can bully lanes hard and his only real downside is that he has almost no burst at all in his kit. Swain is strong right now. He needs to stay just the way he is.
