@Meddler: Is Jinx on your preseason 6 marksman update list?

I've been maining Jinx since she came out in season 3 and I really like her kit. I suggest a change though to her resource bar. Instead of having her use mana, make her use bullets and rockets. This will work in a way that when she runs out of bullets, she is forced to change to her rockets, which she can also run out of. Get my point? It would fit in more with her character. Also, you should have it be that her bullets and rockets regenerate a bit faster than energy on ninjas does. Also, good luck with this update.

Which of these ADC's are gonna get drastic changes?
