Riot come the hell on with this ranked match making

EVERY single ranked game I get into the team is constantly feeding and I can't do shit about it cuz "pick order" MAKE REPORTING FOR INTENTIONAL FEEDING DO SOMETHING. Give them 10 games they need to play before they can pvp again. this is ridiculous now. my elo drops because Riots incompetence.
