Managing rune pages?

I was wondering if there were any thoughts to managing rune pages? Right now I have 20 pages and sure, I name them but I wish I could group them up or organize the pages a little better. At the very least me being able to shift them on the list would be nice for organization. So i could have sections for different lanes or situations? Unless there already a way to quickly edit pages and shift them around that I've been missing.
