Kayn Assassin From - Fun to play just Weak - I may made him broken here but that's how weak he is

I think if they allow his ult to Execute if hp lower than 20% or something scaling off lv or damage) Recasting ult will dash you farther depending how far your mouse is from player, if the target dies while ur ult either active or ur ult execute/kills ur ult get a Kat (cooldown reduction)

E: Every time he enters a new wall he get a burst of decaying speed upto 10-70% based off level. (i'm sorry i love speed - Cloud Drake my fav't drag - plus they removed the out of combat movement speed of almost all armor pen items (Which i think they did just cuz this champ assassin from. "Think about it"))

His ult put him in bad postions sometimes like a zed he can just recast back to his shadow. so i was thinking he can recast out farther. i normally R then E after into wall to escape flash if needed.

R = Execution, Dash out Farther E = to give Burst of Decay when enter new walls :3 [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

While I agree assassin form needs to be buffed, this just seems so wrong. Remember, Darius has no mobility, has to build up stacks (or ult low HP enemy) and does not go untargrtable. The suggestions you make would break the game any time he wasn't banned and would remove diversity.

his ult needs to do execution damage, thats it.

Shadow Assassin Kayn doesn't need any buffs. Both his W and Q already have 130% bonus AD ratios, his ultimate has a 110% bonus AD ratio, not to mention his base damages are actually really high for the ratios he has, people just need to adapt to his ganking patterns and his flanking nature overall. He can pretty much 100-0 any squishy on his own already, which is what an assassin needs to do, and the fact that his W doesn't stop him from moving makes his ability to escape fairly solid.
